The WeROCK City Council stroll (and occasionally run or tumble) in these hallowed halls of the Members' Office Building . These members of WeROCK City Council act for the development of the city and their duty is to Rock every day.

Marcy is the vocalist of EARTHSHAKER and there just aren﹊t enough words to describe the achievement and the influence that he has contributed to the Japanese Hard rock scene. His mission is to motivate WeROCK City and to make sure that life is good and healthy for music.
